Roles & Responsibilities

Source and procure raw materials, site materials, office supplies, and trading products to support operational requirements.

Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and product availability.

Compare prices, evaluate quotations, and assist in sourcing cost-effective suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock availability.

Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.

Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement data in ERP systems and Excel.

Support the Purchasing Manager and other departments with procurement-related activities and ad-hoc assignments.

Manage office filing systems and document control.

Coordinate company vehicle matters, insurance, licenses, and renewals.

Assist management with operational and administrative matters.

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Relevant working experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain

Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and supplier management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.

6 working days, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
