The Role

As a Production Chemist in our R&D team, you bridge lab innovation with commercial manufacturing — turning formulations into scalable, high-quality products. You’ll optimize processes, and ensure strong standards in safety, quality, and compliance. You will run experiments, support scale-up, troubleshoot production issues, ensure compliance, and manage pilot trials. Key responsibilities include:

• Process Scale-Up: Translate lab formulations into consistent manufacturing processes
• Quality & Compliance: Establish SOPs, support validation and ensure compliance
• Production Support: Troubleshoot issues, optimize yields, and uphold safety standards
• Technical Analysis: Perform analytical testing (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy)

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Over 2 years of hands-on experience in a chemical lab or manufacturing environment
• Proficient with production equipment, with strong analytical and documentation skills
