The Nursery Executive manages a nursery. He/She manages the workforce resources of the nursery. He/She also guides the management on the merchandise, new customer services, operation innovations and retail strategies. He/She ensures proper maintenance of the nursery facilities and equipment. He/She monitors and reacts quickly to potential problems or threats to the plants. He/She maintains all relevant documentation on plant growth. He/She interacts with the management, customers and nursery workers.

Job Description

• Harvest, inspect and clean crops to prepare for sale.
• Install and operate irrigation and drainage systems.
• Install plant supports and protection.
• Prepare saplings, bulbs and seeds and raise plants from seeds or cuttings.
• Prepare the land for planting.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs and hedges.
• Review the health of plants and trees.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience will have an advantage.
