Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and government authorities to secure product specifications and approvals during the design stage.

• Track project pipelines and follow up to convert specifications into confirmed projects.

• Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, market activities, and new business opportunities.

• Support marketing and sales activities by organizing seminars, participating in trade shows, and promoting company products and brand.

• Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities and support expansion strategies.

• Work with the R&D team to provide market insights, customer needs, and industry trends for new product development and pricing strategies.

• Monitor competitors' products, market share, strengths, and weaknesses, and recommend strategies to improve competitiveness.

• Achieve assigned project specification targets and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience in product or system specification within the construction or building industry.

• Well versed in construction practices, building regulations, and design standards in Southeast Asia.

• Extensive network with architects, consultants, developers, and other construction industry professionals.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to travel for meetings, project visits, and business development.

• Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
