Job Description

Join our events team to plan and deliver engaging team building and training programs. You'll gain hands-on experience in corporate event execution, from preparation to on-site coordination, while learning how to create impactful experiences for diverse clients.



Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-event planning, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
• Support on-site execution such as registration, client assistance, and activity setup
• Help capture event moments through photos, videos, or content notes
• Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth program flow
