Role Description The Senior AI Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems that power our video analytics and intelligent customer experience solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and integrating AI components into production software systems. The Senior AI Engineer will also evaluate new algorithms and architectures, conduct experiments, interpret performance metrics, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of deployed models. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members, contributing to technical architecture decisions, and documenting best practices and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience applying these to real-world problems.
• Experience in Software Development, preferably in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and working with modern development tools and practices.
• Applied knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), or related AI domains, for building intelligent analytical and customer-facing solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a PhD is an advantage.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models at scale using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring of production AI systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Background in computer vision or video analytics is highly beneficial; experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
