We are looking for talented and motivated students to be with us for a minimum of 3 months. You will have the opportunity of working closely with a team of top tier investors who have inspiring ideas of VC industry in Southeast Asia. During the internship, you will support core VC functions including research, deal sourcing, portfolio management, and internal operations—identifying inefficiencies and implementing AI-powered solutions. A key focus will be building AI-native workflows using Claude, along with plugins and spreadsheet integrations, to develop scalable solutions and test real productivity improvements.

This Singapore-based internship is ideal for candidates interested in consulting, AI systems, and the transformation of investment workflows in venture capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate AI tools, platforms, and enterprise solutions for workflow automation and operational efficiency
• Design and implement AI-native workflows across functions such as research, sourcing, and portfolio management
• Develop and deploy solutions using Claude, including prompt engineering, plugins, and Excel integrations
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose AI-driven or automated solutions
• Build and test automation scripts to streamline internal operations
• Conduct research on emerging AI trends, tools, and infrastructure relevant to venture capital and asset management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions

Requirements

• Available for full-time internship from August to December 2026
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Interest in AI transformation, consulting, and business operations, with familiarity in LLMs and AI-native workflow tools
• Basic programming (Python/JavaScript), automation tools, and prompt engineering experience (LLM-based app experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Excel, APIs, workflow automation platforms, or enterprise AI tools (e.g., plugins, internal tooling)
• Interest in building scalable, production-ready AI workflows (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
