RS Audit is a not-for-profit market research audit unit under RySense Limited, which is set up by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI). Our primary goal is to conduct independent quality checks on vendors commissioned by public sector agencies to carry out data collection for designated projects

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in the Market Research industry. You will assist the audit team with conducting literature reviews, research and document findings and provide support at meetings or trainings conducted by the team.

Under supervision, you may be required to

• support the audit team in market research audit activities,
• contribute to strengthening market research audit processes by synthesizing industry insights and emerging best practices through literature review,
• participate in web application testing, involving Machine Learning / AI.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain a well-rounded understanding of the industry through exposure to diverse research processes, quality standards, and client engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews
• Research, analyse and document findings in a clear and organised manner
• Produce reports to document findings from research
• Present research findings at meetings
• Attend meetings or training sessions and provide administrative support
• Assist with audit activities and web application testing under supervision
• Provide general administrative and project support to the audit team as needed

Requirements

• Individual with experience in conducting literature review
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask
• Individuals with prior experience in market research-related activities are encouraged to apply
• Keen interest in technology, web applications, and emerging technologies such as Machine Learning / AI would be an added advantage
