Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles, including cybersecurity talent
- Coordinate interviews, offer management, and candidate experience initiatives
- Build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to meet workforce needs
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing programs
- Monitor HR metrics, maintain dashboards, and provide insightful reporting
- Provide day-to-day HR support and contribute to continuous process improvements
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or professional services
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience hiring cybersecurity or technology talent
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, or HR systems
- Exposure to employee engagement, employer branding, or HR analytics
