About the Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in third-party logistics (3PL), is looking for a highly driven Contract Logistics Business Development Advisor to join its Malaysia team.

This role is ideal for a sales hunter with a strong track record of acquiring new business and building long-term customer relationships across multiple industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by delivering contract logistics and supply chain solutions to customers across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and strategic networking.
• Identify and secure new customers across targeted industries.
• Promote and sell Contract Logistics solutions, including warehousing, distribution, and value-added supply chain services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer supply chain requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal operations and solution design teams to deliver customer-focused logistics solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development within Contract Logistics or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
• Proven success in securing new customers through a strong and resourceful industry network.
• Experience selling Contract Logistics solutions, including:
• Warehousing
• Distribution
• Supply Chain Solutions
• Value-Added Logistics Services
• Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
