• Location: Penang, Malaysia
• Salary & Benefits: Up to RM 8,500
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational Shift) Mon-Sun
• Days Off: 2 days off per week

Job Description

Overview:

You will be responsible for providing customer support regarding SNS advertising services and account management services, primarily for Japanese-speaking clients. Support will be provided via live chat and phone calls.

(Note: Chat and outbound calls only—no inbound calls. The majority of tasks will be chat support, though this may change depending on project requirements.)

Requirements

• Education & Work Experience (Visa Requirement): Bachelor’s Degree: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Associate / Junior College / Vocational Degree: Minimum 3 years of work experience required. High School Diploma: Minimum 5 years of work experience required.
• Language Proficiency: Japanese: JLPT N1/N2 level and English
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Customer service experience is preferred (unexperienced candidates are welcome).
• Basic computer skills (Google search, chat typing, multitasking, etc.).
