Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to come up with network expansion plan for logistics hubs/facilities and sorting centers.
- Determine requirements for relocation and expansion of logistics hubs (first mile/last mile) and sorting centers.
- Work with the property sourcing team to evaluate feasibility of property proposals before the team proceeds for site visit.
- Prepare relevant details for weekly property approval presentation, which includes site feasibility in terms of location, coverage and financial analysis.
- Coordinate hubs’ go live with ground operations, fleet and product team in terms of system, manpower and parcel transfer.
- Maintain communication with the operations team in identifying suitable locations and hub coverage for relocation or expansion of hubs to mobilise feedback into actionable plans.
- Review property lease expiries and provide feedback and decisions on renewals and extensions.
- Work with internal teams to incorporate new processes when needed, includes updating SOP and training team members
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Slides. Able to effectively manage and analyze data in spreadsheets, create templates and create presentations.
- Have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data to optimize logistics processes.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Has attention to detail, quick learning, adaptive and flexible
