Your responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager of Outlet Operations in strategic planning & execution to improve and achieve the desired level of operational effectiveness and efficiencies 
• Lead and coach Outlet Managers and Business Managers in achieving Outlet Operations KPIs, Objectives and Key Results
• Develop & train Business Managers and Outlet Managers in all aspect of outlet operations
• Lead and manage territory’s expansion plan and prioritization

You are:

1. 5-7 Years of work experience in the F&B industry specifically in Operations.
2. Experience in leading a team of managers and outlets in expanding network of outlets 
3. Good knowledge of Google Business Suites and business software essentials
4. Experience with LMS tools and e-learning development 
5. Fluent in BM and English
6. Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills
7. Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
