• Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and control daily warehouse operations to meet customer and production requirements.
• Manpower Management: Plan manpower needs, monitor performance, conduct daily briefings, and develop team capabilities.
• Safety & QSSHE Compliance: Ensure full adherence to safety regulations, PPE requirements, SOPs, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock accuracy, warehouse transactions, cycle counts, and material handling processes.
• Equipment Management: Oversee forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization.
• KPI Monitoring: Track productivity, inventory accuracy, safety performance, manpower efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving & Escalation: Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters to management when necessary.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and recommend operational improvements for efficiency and cost savings.

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, ISO practices, and warehouse systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
