Job Description

• Ensure accurate and timely operationalisation of procurement contracts.
• Manage and maintain contract databases and documentation.
• Support the procurement and supply chain teams in aligning contracts with organisational needs.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address contract-related queries and issues.
• Assist in resolving disputes and ensuring contract amendments are accurately executed.
• Provide regular updates and reports on contract statuses and key metrics.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contract Operationalisation & Maintenance Senior Analyst should have:
