Role Description The AI & Data Change Management Specialist (Prosci ADKAR) is a full-time remote role responsible for planning and executing change management initiatives related to AI and data adoption. This role designs and delivers change strategies, communication plans, and training programs aligned with the Prosci ADKAR framework to support enterprise clients across APAC. Day-to-day activities include assessing change readiness, gathering stakeholder requirements, developing documentation and enablement materials, and coordinating with project teams to embed new data and AI practices into business processes. The Specialist will monitor change adoption, analyze feedback and performance metrics, and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and outcomes. Collaboration with trainers, data professionals, and client leaders is central to ensuring that transformation initiatives are sustainable and aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, with the ability to interpret insights and inform change strategies.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in Data Modeling to support decision-making and impact assessment.
• Proficiency in Data Management practices, including data governance concepts, data quality awareness, and lifecycle considerations.
• Experience applying the Prosci ADKAR or similar change management frameworks to technology or data-related initiatives.
• Background in AI, digital transformation, or data-driven projects within corporate or consulting environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills, including remote collaboration across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, Information Systems, Organizational Change) or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant professional certifications in change management, project management, or data/AI domains are an advantage.
