Job Details

• Support client servicing activities and ensure smooth coordination of client engagements
• Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups and handling client enquiries
• Help coordinate client events, workshops and engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate client records and update databases regularly
• Provide administrative and operational support to enhance client experience and satisfaction

Requirements

• Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in client servicing, coordination and relationship management
• Comfortable interacting with clients and managing multiple tasks
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, administration or client-facing roles is an advantage
