We carry a variety of brands and items, ranging from luxury bags to accessories and even a selection of clothes. Overview

• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months
• Able to commit weekends and public holidays

What we are looking for:

• A positive, enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• A willingness to learn about luxury vintage fashion and our curated product range
• Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain a clean and welcoming retail environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team while taking initiative when needed
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalised shopping experience by assisting customers in-store
• Build product knowledge to confidently advise customers
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the retail space
• Assist with daily store operations
• Create and manage product listings across our website and various online sales platforms, ensuring information is accurate and complete
• Occasionally assist with content creation, including appearing in photos or videos for our social media platforms
• Perform other ad hoc retail duties as assigned
