Role Purpose
The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and tracking social media marketing activities across key brand platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, growing the online community, supporting campaign rollouts, exploring AI tools to support content creation, and using performance insights to improve content and campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Create engaging social media content, captions and short-form videos aligned with brand campaigns and promotions.
• Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate content production with internal teams and external partners.
• Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, research and drafting while ensuring content is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, product launches and marketing events.
• Engage with online communities by monitoring comments, messages and customer interactions.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Support integrated marketing activities and coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation. Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, jewellery or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Good copywriting and content creation skills, with basic photography and video editing abilities.
• Familiar with social media analytics, content scheduling tools and AI tools for content creation.
• Creative, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
