About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR cum Admin Executive to join ZESTNET GLOBAL PTE. LTD. This is a full-time position based in the International Plaza, Central Area. This position is fundamental to ensuring smooth operations across our business and maintaining a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a diverse range of HR and administrative tasks, working closely with management and staff to ensure effective people management and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
- Support payroll processing by compiling and submitting attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information in a timely manner.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including invoice processing, payment processing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence,filing, data entry, document management, and office coordination.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support business operations.
What we're looking for
- Singapore Permanent Resident is preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking employees, clients, and business partners.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and/or administration, preferably in a generalist HR or multi-functional role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, with experience in payroll administration and basic bookkeeping being an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
