Customer Service Management Trainee (B2B)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Management Trainees, focusing on B2B client servicing and business support. This role offers a solid foundation for future career growth into management positions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide B2B customer service and daily business support
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on cases and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and support project execution
• Assist in preparing presentations and supporting seminars/workshops
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese with good communication skills
• Detail-minded, responsible, and well-organized
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
