We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Services Trainee. This role focuses on supporting B2B operations, client coordination, and business activities, offering valuable exposure for career development.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily B2B client servicing and operational processes
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor progress and follow up on client requests and cases
• Assist in preparing business presentations and supporting seminars/events
• Handle administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese with strong interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
