Key Responsibilities

1. Liaise with client regarding export and import matters.

2. Monitoring export and import shipment release to consignee.

3. Make bookings for transportation for delivery cargo.

4. Liaise with authorities for cargo clearance ie custom clearance. - secondary

5. Communicate effectively with customers on status of shipment -custom

6. Alert and advise superior on issues related to operational matters.

7. Liaise and coordinate with internal departments ie Account, Biling, other Ops branches and etc.

8. Collect 3rd party bills to support documentation for invoices purposes.

9. Practicing and ensuring effectiveness of the Quality system and procedures in daily routine work.

10. Other duties when instructed by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 years of working experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge and experience in billing in logistics background will have an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage documentation efficiently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
