Summary:
The Senior / Tech Lead Angular Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and developing high-quality user interfaces for web applications based on business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver scalable, responsive, and high-performance applications. The candidate is also expected to guide best practices, ensure code quality, and contribute to continuous improvement in front-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user interfaces and solutions for web applications according to specified business requirements, ensuring functionality aligns with user needs.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and requirements into functional and interactive user interfaces.
- Implement responsive design to ensure applications perform well across different devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and improving speed and responsiveness.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications are reliable, user-friendly, and compatible across browsers.
- Stay updated with the latest Angular and front-end technology trends to enhance development practices.
- Work closely with QA team to identify bugs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Implement unit testing to ensure code quality and reduce defects.
- Participate in code reviews by identifying anti-patterns and suggesting improvements or refactoring opportunities.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building Angular applications in a production environment.
- Proven experience developing web applications using Angular 15 and above.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, or Jest is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (Office Hours)
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
