Job Summary:
Lead daily spa operations and supervise therapists while ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spa and wellness treatments
• Supervise and guide therapists during daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards are maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
• Support sales targets and promote spa packages/services
• Ensure smooth outlet operations and positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Experience in spa or wellness industry required
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Able to work weekends and public holidays if required

Salary: RM2,000-RM 3,000 + Allowances + Commissions
