Key Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Provide a wide range of treatments, including facials, hair care, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments, ensuring each service is performed with precision and care.
• Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and educate clients on aftercare for optimal results.
• Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our salon products and services, offering clients knowledgeable guidance on their benefits and proper usage.
• Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for clients and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients, assisting as needed in other areas to support smooth salon operations.
• Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest beauty techniques, products, and trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience as a beautician, therapist, or similar role in a beauty or wellness setting. Certification in beauty therapy is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, hair care, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
• Communication Skills: Friendly and professional, with the ability to build rapport with clients and make them feel comfortable.
• Attention to Detail: Dedicated to providing high-quality, meticulous service in every treatment.
