Sales Executive (Atwater Corporate Office, Petaling Jaya)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan, execute, and manage all sales activities for assigned accounts and territories.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Expand and develop the existing customer base while maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure excellent customer service and address their business needs.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry developments, and share relevant insights and trends with the team.
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates as required by Management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Company positively at all times.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the IT industry or a related field is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel outstation when required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers.
