Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, develop new client accounts, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.
• Provide regular sales updates to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in corporate sales.
• Knowledge of digital and online marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Target-driven and motivated to earn attractive incentives.
• Must have own transportation.

Basic Salary: RM4,000–RM5,000 per month, excluding commission
