DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and preparing ingredients.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas, waste disposal, and dishwashing stations.
• Support the kitchen team during daily operations when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
