HR Administration

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including the preparation of employee documentation and coordination with relevant departments.
• Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave administration, and other HR administrative matters as assigned.
• Coordinate staff uniform, access card, name tag, and other employee administrative requirements where applicable.

Pantry & Office Supplies Management

• Manage and monitor pantry supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
• Replenish and purchase pantry items, beverages, and office refreshments based on operational needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pantry and office supply procurement while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper records of pantry and office consumables.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate staff welfare initiatives, including festive celebrations, birthday events, appreciation programs, and wellness activities.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement programs and gather feedback to improve participation and employee satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing event materials, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth execution of engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to promote company initiatives, internal communications, and employee recognition programs.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
