Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following: -

• To support the IT operations, applications and infrastructure of the organization
• To perform network and security administration that includes installation, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting and performance monitoring on POS, CCTV, Network, End Point, Router, Internet and Drive Thru System.
• To prepare and run test environment on new developments
• To prepare and maintain technical documentation on the system design of the organization’s infrastructure
• Manage Xilnex POS system creating and updating menu, pricing, promotions, reports and user security.
• Manage customizations, integration and deployment business systems.
• Other IT related duties or projects, as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• CCNA, CCNP and MCSE certification is preferred
• Good team player and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated, and proactive
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity
• Hands-on experience in LAN/ WAN and Mobile/ Desktop devices, networking voice/ data, VPN, IPsec, Web Conferencing, Email, Cybersecurity and CCTV.
• Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Servers (HP/IBM/Dell), LAN/ WAN equipment including Cisco and routers, switches, wireless access point, firewalls and load balancer.
• Hands-on experience in Sophos Antivirus
• POS and ERP experience is mandatory
• Knowledge is in Microsoft Office suite

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
