Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clearly understand all work requests and requirements from the customer.
• Coordinate and manage team activities to ensure all customer requests related to productivity, quality, and delivery are fulfilled according to agreed schedules and requirements.
• Monitor and manage operational performance indicators, including attendance, output, targets, yield, and other relevant metrics.
• Conduct hands-on performance and competency evaluations for Manufacturing Technicians (MT) at Levels 1, 2, and 3.
• Review and improve operational methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the customer's business and operational needs.
• Prepare, generate, and share operational and performance reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure full compliance with customer safety requirements, policies, and procedures at all times.
• Enhance team capabilities through on-the-job training, enabling MT Level 1 and Level 2 personnel to become multi-skilled and support multiple service areas within operations.
• Drive improvements in MT performance, quality standards, and career development.
• Review and process customer requests for additional resources to meet capacity requirements, and escalate operational or performance issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, or
• Engineering Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

Contract Duration

1-year contract, renewable based on performance

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
