Key Responsibilities

Security & Access Control

• Monitor and control entry and exit of all employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Verify identification, visitor passes, and delivery documents before allowing access.
• Register all visitors and maintain accurate security records.
• Prevent unauthorized access to warehouse premises.

Patrol & Surveillance

• Conduct routine patrols of warehouse, office areas, loading bays, parking areas, and surrounding premises.
• Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms.
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches immediately.
• Ensure all gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.

Warehouse Protection

• Safeguard company inventory, equipment, vehicles, and assets.
• Inspect outgoing goods when required to prevent unauthorized removal of company property.
• Assist in monitoring loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure warehouse security procedures are followed by all personnel.

Incident Response

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as theft, fire alarms, accidents, or medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with emergency services or law enforcement when necessary.
• Prepare incident reports with complete and accurate details.
• Escalate security concerns to management promptly.

Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company security policies and SOPs.
• Monitor fire safety equipment and report defects.
• Assist during emergency evacuation procedures.
• Promote a safe working environment.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain daily occurrence books and security logs.
• Record vehicle movements entering and leaving the premises.
• Submit daily security reports to management.
• Handover security information during shift changes.

Job RequirementsEducation

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of security experience is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with a strong sense of responsibility are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
• Able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Basic report writing skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Able to work on rotating shifts (Day/Night) if required.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License (if applicable).
• First Aid or Emergency Response certification is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and security systems.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
