Colors Entertainment Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,800 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly financial reports, accounting schedules, and account reconciliations.
• Handle company payments and liaise with suppliers on invoices and payment matters.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries on financial and statutory matters.
• Track and monitor daily cash collections from all cinema outlets and prepare daily reports.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies across all outlets.
• Review daily stock wastage reports and ensure accurate inventory recording.
• Source new products, obtain quotations from suppliers, and coordinate purchasing requirements.
• Communicate with outlet managers and staff on operational reports and day-to-day operational matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in accounting and administration.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, statutory requirements, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
