1.Act as the key technical liaison between the company and customers; translate customer business needs and requirements into clear, feasible technical solutions.
2.Analyse, design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical proposals, implementation plans, and solution designs that align with customer objectives and our product/service capabilities.
3.Conduct technical clarifications, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase solution value and address customer concerns effectively.
4.Collaborate closely with sales teams, project team, product & engineering team to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and technically achievable.
5.Respond to technical inquiries, prepare RFP/RFI responses, and clarify technical specifications throughout the entire sales cycle.
6.Conduct in-depth client research (industry challenges, workflows, KPIs, etc.) and produce a Client Requirements Specification document.
7.Translate customer requirements into technical parameters (e.g., storage density, throughput, SKU characteristics) as the design baseline.
8.Develop tailored solutions (e.g., AS/RS, AGV systems, goods-to-person picking) aligned with cost and efficiency targets.
9.Integrate automation equipment, WMS, and process optimization with innovative approaches.
10.Draft layout diagrams (e.g., flow paths, equipment placement) using AutoCAD and create technical proposal PPTs.
11.Present solutions to client executives/technical teams, address Q&A, and refine proposals iteratively.
12.Lead technical bid drafting (solution descriptions, equipment selection, efficiency calculations).
13.Coordinate supplier quotes, perform cost-benefit analyses, and ensure bid competitiveness.
14.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to support high-quality solution design.
15.Provide technical input during commercial negotiations and help resolve technical objections to support successful deal closure.
16. Visit customer site to study on process flow, take measurement and make comprehensive report for proposal making.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, orMechanical Engineering or other related engineering fields.
2.Minimum 3 years of working experience in presales process, solution engineering, technical consulting, system design, or relevant technical roles.
3.Experience in warehouse & distribution center, food & cold chain, pharmaceutical, automotive & tire, new energy or chemical industries Strong ability to communicate technically with customers, gather and clarify requirements accurately, and convert them into structured, comprehensive technical proposals and design documents.
5. Solid engineering background with good understanding of mechanical, electrical, control, or manufacturing systems principles.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
8.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9.Willingness to travel within Malaysia or occasionally overseas when required.
10.Essential: AutoCAD (layouts), Excel (efficiency modeling), PPT (proposals).
11.Preferred: Simulation tools (FlexSim), data analysis (Python/SQL), Access (database management)

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Project based is accordingly.
