1Act as the key technical liaison between the company and customers; translate customer business needs and requirements into clear, feasible technical solutions.
2Analyse, design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical proposals, implementation plans, and solution designs that align with customer objectives and our product/service capabilities.
3Conduct technical clarifications, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase solution value and address customer concerns effectively.
4Collaborate closely with sales teams, project team, product & engineering team to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and technically achievable.
5Respond to technical inquiries, prepare RFP/RFI responses, and clarify technical specifications throughout the entire sales cycle.
6Conduct in-depth client research (industry challenges, workflows, KPIs, etc.) and produce a Client Requirements Specification document.
7Translate customer requirements into technical parameters (e.g., storage density, throughput, SKU characteristics) as the design baseline.
8Develop tailored solutions (e.g., AS/RS, AGV systems, goods-to-person picking) aligned with cost and efficiency targets.
9Integrate automation equipment, WMS, and process optimization with innovative approaches.
10Draft layout diagrams (e.g., flow paths, equipment placement) using AutoCAD and create technical proposal PPTs.
11Present solutions to client executives/technical teams, address Q&A, and refine proposals iteratively.
12Lead technical bid drafting (solution descriptions, equipment selection, efficiency calculations).
13Coordinate supplier quotes, perform cost-benefit analyses, and ensure bid competitiveness.
14Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to support high-quality solution design.
15Provide technical input during commercial negotiations and help resolve technical objections to support successful deal closure.
16Visit customer site to study on process flow, take measurement and make comprehensive report for proposal making.
17Any other add hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

1Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, or other related engineering fields.
2Minimum 3 years of working experience in presales process, solution engineering, technical consulting, system design, or relevant technical roles.
3Experience in warehouse & distribution center, food & cold chain, pharmaceutical, automotive & tire, new energy or chemical industries
4Strong ability to communicate technically with customers, gather and clarify requirements accurately, and convert them into structured, comprehensive technical proposals and design documents.
5Solid engineering background with good understanding of mechanical, electrical, control, or manufacturing systems principles.
6Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
8Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9Willingness to travel within Malaysia or occasionally overseas when required.
10Essential: AutoCAD (layouts), Excel (efficiency modeling), PPT (proposals).
11Preferred: Simulation tools (FlexSim), data analysis (Python/SQL), Access (database management)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
