About you

• Experience as: Optical Design Engineer, Optoelectronics Hardware Engineer, Fiber Access Engineer, or Transceiver Validation Specialist.
• Level: Targeted at senior and expert-level engineering candidates (5–8 years of experience).

What you will do

• Own BOSA-on-Board (BOB) hardware design, validation, and calibration.
• Author master verification plans and official optical validation compliance reports.
• Partner with global component chip vendors to align technical packaging details.
• Execute deep-dive failure analysis on optical and high-speed electronic circuits.

Experience you need

• 5+ years of hardware experience with GPON, XGS-PON, or optical transceivers.
• Direct experience with 2.5Gbps and 10Gbps optical layouts (25Gbps is preferred).
• Mastery of optical lab equipment including DCA, BERT, and eye-diagram tools.

Work Arrangement / Benefits:
