• Lead and supervise the service and maintenance team for HVAC/ACMV systems.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Attend troubleshooting, repair and emergency breakdown calls.
• Prepare service schedules, reports and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and quality of work.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians.
• Assist in preparing quotations, work proposals and technical recommendations when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
