Job Description:

• Coordinate daily operations across all clinic branches.
• Conduct routine branch inspections (cleanliness, facilities, maintenance, equipment).
• Ensure SOP compliance and operational standards.
• Follow up on maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
• Monitor stock, consumables, and facility readiness.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and operational coverage.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Escalate unresolved operational issues to management.
• Support implementation of new SOPs and quality initiatives.

Education Background:

• Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

Experience

• 2–5 years' experience in clinic, healthcare, hospitality, or service operations.
• Experience in aesthetic clinics or private healthcare is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams is preferred.
