Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Proficiently operate ICT testing machines, functional test fixtures, and automated testing equipment. Perform daily inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Product Testing: Execute testing procedures according to work instructions and accurately determine test results as “Pass” or “Fail.”
Initial Troubleshooting: Conduct preliminary analysis on failed products to identify whether issues are caused by product defects or testing equipment/program problems, and report according to established procedures.
Data Recording & Reporting: Accurately complete test records and daily production reports, and input testing data into the MES system.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Strictly follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control requirements, 5S workplace management practices, and company safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Support engineers in new product testing validation and test program debugging.
Job Requirements:
Diploma, technical school, or high school education and above.
Background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics is preferred.
Experience in a testing role within an electronics manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Able to read and understand basic circuit diagrams or work instructions.
