• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and booking enquiries.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation enquiries.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
