Responsibilities:

• Project Management.
• Responsible for project setup, installation, commissioning and documentation for handover.
• Responsible to discuss with client for their requirement.
• Responsible to do S.A.T (Site Acceptance Test) and train client on system operation.
• Responsible to assign sub-ordinates in executing job.
• Responsible to monitor the status of project inclusive of customer acknowledgement for required forms / documents.
• To provide support service for clients with all the related issue.
• Responsible to assign and monitor sub-ordinates in executing job.
• Manage schedule of material deliver to the site and ensure that all the material is according to the approved specification.
• Responsible to handle customer complaints.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) or Project Management.
• 6 to 8+ years of experience delivering complex engineering projects with end-to-end ownership, including post-handover service performance.
• Proven leadership experience (2+ years) managing Project Managers, Engineers, or Service Leads in execution-focused environments.
• Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent projects, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and customer outcomes..
• Preferably candidate with Automation (SCADA /PLC) and Electrical background or experience
• Knowledge in SIEMENS , Allen Bradley PLC, Ignition SCADA, Data Center Project is an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of installation, testing & commissioning, defect management, and warranty/service obligations.
• Comfortable using project planning tools (MS Project ) to manage risk, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD to support coordination, escalation, and client management.
• Confident acting as the final escalation point for delivery risks, service failures, and high-value or technically complex clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport
• Candidate must willing to travel and base in a location (Mostly Penang, Kulim, Selangor, Kuantan or Johor) to handle project after receive project task from company.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
