Job Description

1. Clinical Support

- Assist healthcare professionals with the proper use of medical devices or clinical systems.

- Guide users on clinical workflows and best practices.

- Ensure safe and correct product usage according to clinical protocols.

2. Installation & Implementation

- Install and commission medical equipment or clinical software

- Perform system testing before handover

- Support integration with hospital information systems where applicable

3. Technical Support

- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues

- Diagnose and resolve equipment functions

- Perform system configuration, installation and updates

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Health Sciences or Information Technology (with healthcare experience)

- Knowledge of medical devices or clinical information systems

-Strong troubleshoot or problem solving skills

- Good communication or customer service skills

- Basic networking and IT knowledge (for connected medical devices)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
