Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional working experience; experience in a fast-paced, global environment is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Solid understanding and practical experience in KYC, AML, and CFT processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end KYC reviews, including customer profiling and onboarding of new clients
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing client KYC records and escalate issues where necessary
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and global compliance policies
• Clearly communicate KYC requirements to internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure efficient onboarding and documentation processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KYC workflows and operational efficiency
• Utilize AI tools effectively through structured prompting to improve accuracy, productivity, and quality in KYC reviews and onboarding processes
• Mandarin speaker is essential

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
