  • Observe, record and analyse the child’s behaviour, response and progress during therapy sessions.
  • Prepare daily therapy reports, progress updates, learning objectives and other required clinical documentation.
  • Support the development of communication, social, cognitive, self-management and functional living skills.

  • Work closely with the Clinical Department, supervisors and other therapists in reviewing programme effectiveness.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Maintain therapy materials, student records and the overall organisation of the therapy environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Special Education.
  • Candidates with a Psychology background and previous experience in behaviour modification or behavioural intervention will be given priority.
  • Experience handling children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, behavioural difficulties or special educational needs is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis, positive reinforcement, prompting, behaviour tracking or intervention planning is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with suitable internship, practicum or volunteer experience involving children are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Patient, observant, emotionally resilient and comfortable managing challenging behaviour.
  • Able to follow structured clinical instructions, documentation requirements and therapy programmes.
  • Responsible, disciplined and committed to continuous learning.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical and operational team.
  • Interested in building a long-term career in the special needs and behavioural intervention field.

  • Outpatient medical reimbursement of up to RM1,000 per year, including dental and optical treatment, subject to eligibility.
  • Therapy sessions are conducted at the centre only, with no home-based or home-visit sessions required.
  • Therapy materials and equipment are provided by the Company, and therapists are not required to purchase materials personally.
