Job Summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented F&B Crew to join our Uncle Jack team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, hygienically and presented to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Process customer orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food preparation areas, counters, equipment and dining areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,902.61 per month
