Job Summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Goods Receiving Assistant to support the daily receiving operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting and recording incoming goods, ensuring all deliveries comply with company standards and purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.

No experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
• Verify the quantity, quality and condition of goods received before acceptance.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to the Supervisor immediately.
• Record and update goods receiving information accurately in the system.
• Ensure all received products are properly labelled and stored in the designated areas.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel and store departments regarding deliveries.
• Assist in unloading and moving goods safely using the appropriate equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the receiving area.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery records.
• Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations and inventory control procedures.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,902.61 per month
