Job Summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible and vigilant Loss Prevention Assistant to support the store's security and loss prevention operations. The successful candidate will help safeguard company assets, minimise inventory shrinkage, monitor security procedures and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.

No experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor store activities to prevent theft, fraud and inventory shrinkage.
• Conduct routine patrols of the sales floor, warehouse and receiving areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities to the Team Leader or Store Management.
• Assist in investigating incidents involving theft, stock discrepancies and policy violations.
• Conduct bag checks and verify staff and supplier movements in accordance with company SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock audits, inventory counts and shrinkage control activities.
• Record and prepare incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Support emergency response procedures and maintain workplace safety.
• Work closely with store departments to identify and reduce operational risks.
• Maintain confidentiality of all investigations and security matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
