About the role:

We are looking for active and motivated candidates for the position of Account Junior Executive at ECOPET MARKETING SDN. BHD. This full-time position is based in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park (HQ), Selangor.

What this job entails:

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
• Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of audit schedules and tax-related documents.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers on finance matters.
• Assist in office administration related matters.
• Assist in various adhoc assignments.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountingand/or 2 yearsof related working experience.
• Possess knowledge of Accounting and Administration.
• Good attitude with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Possess analytical skills, meticulous and with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
