*Requirements*

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM
• Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin , English
• Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
• Excellent organization, problem solving including being able to identify issues and resolve problem of administrative work
• Able to prioritize multi task and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn

*Responsibility*

• In charge of managing everything in company ( interview , training , monitoring employee, handling confidential document for the director) ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitoring the progress of submitted cases with administrative team members and relevant departments.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Discover training needs and provide coaching

*Benefits*

• Basic salary = RM3,500 - RM4,000
• Monthly rewards = RM600 - RM2000 above
